Yes — unlimited listings, requirements, matches, network and reviews are free for brokers and agents during the beta. We'll give you 60 days notice before any pricing change, and free tiers will always exist.
When you post a listing, CoClose scores it against every open buyer requirement on city, locality, BHK, budget, type, furnishing and area. Matches above 70% appear in your inbox; everything is filterable.
No. Your phone is hidden by default — co-brokers see a "Call" / "WhatsApp" button that routes through the platform. Toggle "Show phone publicly" in Settings if you want it visible on your profile.
Listing portals send buyer leads. CoClose is a broker network — you exchange inventory and requirements with other licensed brokers and split commissions transparently. We don't sell leads.
Owners and developers post at "pending" status. An admin reviews within 24 hours and either approves or asks for clarification. Brokers and agents post live immediately because of RERA verification at signup.
Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata are live. We're expanding to Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Coimbatore next.
Yes — every listing has Edit and Delete buttons in the detail view (visible only to the owner). Edits keep the same listing ID; deleting removes it from matches immediately.
All data lives on Supabase Postgres with row-level security: profiles are public-read but only your own listings/requirements are editable by you. Phone numbers are masked unless you opt in.
